Coinciding with the re-release of “The Dark Knight” in movie theaters comes “The Dark Knight” DVD and Blu-ray Disc. What’s important about the disc releases are the special features, but the list of goodies is lackluster at best.

2-Disc Special Edition:

Gotham Uncovered: How Christopher Nolan and his team developed the new Bat-suit and Bat-pod and composer Hans Zimmer musically characterized The Joker’s reign of chaos.

“The Dark Knight” IMAX scenes: View these six action-packed sequences – shot on the largest fomat possible – in their original IMAX framing, just as they were intended.

Gotham Tonight: Six episodes of Gotham Cable’s premiere news program.
